TRI West Opens "Vacation Home Alternatives" Resales and Rentals Department For Upscale Fractionals

LOS ANGELES --- TRI West announced the opening of its "Vacation Home Alternatives" resale and rental department earlier this month. "The demand for upscale fractional accommodations has been steadily growing over the last few years and we wanted to be one of the first resale and rental brokers to specifically address this marketplace," said broker Mario Collura of TRI West.

They are called residence clubs, private retreats and exclusive resorts. But the common thread is luxury residence accommodations in some of the top resort locations around the world. There are over 60 medium to high-end fractional resorts in North America with prices ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 for a four week share. "We feel that upscale fractionals play an important part of our overall approach in providing our clients with a diversified portfolio of timeshare properties," says Collura.
