TIMESHARE RESALE BROKERS SET INDUSTRY GUIDELINES

LOS ANGELES--- RBA members will formally announce a set of guidelines to facilitate the orderly growth and self regulation of independent timeshare resale brokers at the ARDA International Convention in Orlando, Florida on Sunday, April 27, 1997.

"The founding members of the Resale Broker Alliance (RBA) feel that it is important that resale companies follow a set of guidelines that complement the goals of owners, potential buyers, the resorts and management companies," said RBA member Mario Collura. The guidelines are essential for the orderly development of a secondary market for the timeshare industry.

The RBA founding members each have at least ten years experience in timeshare resales and include:
